LES NEREIDES DEPLOYS MAGNIQ FOR MAXIMUM TOP SHOP APPEAL
Jewellery company Les Nereides used revolutionary new magnetic retail display system, magnIQ - to create maximum impact at its Top Shop concession in London’s Oxford Street.
Les Nereides, which sells a range of striking French jewellery, has taken advantage of the unique attributes of the “magnIQ” merchandising system to help communicate its brand values and make its display strategy more efficient.
The magnIQ system – brainchild of retail display experts, Rare Basic - creates enormous time-savings in display turnaround. magnIQ enables retailers to maximise every inch of space as displays can be mounted on stairs, pillars and corridors where it is has previously been impractical to merchandise products.
Roger Latham, Commercial Director for Les Nereides has been very impressed with the value the magnIQ system has delivered:
“The results we have achieved with magnIQ are excellent as it has provided enormous versatility and display choice in-store. We introduce new collections every couple of months and the magnIQ system means that we can move our displays around in the fraction of the time it previously took”.

The fact that we could not only cover the back panels in flock but the pegs as well, meant we were able to create really striking colourful displays in line with the brand’s image,” continued Roger.
“It also allows us to trial certain products in particular areas and evolve our overall display strategy based on the results. We can react quickly to promotional opportunities as well.”
Les Nereides has been so impressed with the performance of the magnIQ system that it is planning to install it in its Covent Garden and King’s Road outlets.
